Client Overview: Our client, a prestigious financial services firm, is seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior corporate reception experience who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees.
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Manage conference room reservations and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with office operations, supply inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Support meeting preparation, catering requests, and visitor management.
- Provide administrative assistance to internal teams as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high level of professionalism.
- Previous corporate reception experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience working within a financial services, banking, investment, or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting executives or office operations.
- Exposure to hospitality, client services, or administrative support functions.
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
