Position Summary

SERVPRO is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our leadership team. This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, developing people, and helping a growing company operate at a high level. We believe success comes from working together, supporting one another, and doing what is needed to help the team win. What You'll Be Responsible For

· Leading and developing the office team

· Working collaboratively with production, reconstruction, sales, and leadership teams to support company goals

· Overseeing administrative, accounting, and HR functions

· Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and sub-contractor documentation

· Improving office systems, processes, and efficiency

· Supporting customer service excellence and franchise growth

· Tracking key performance metrics and driving accountability

· Coordinate interdepartmental communication

Qualifications

· 5+ years of office, operations, accounting, or customer service management experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills both verbal and written

· Proven ability to manage and multi task across multiple priorities

· Experience with Microsoft Office and business software systems

· QuickBooks experience required

· Restoration, construction, insurance, or service-industry experience preferred

· Xactimate experience preferred, not required
