Spa Receptionist - Part Time

Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at The Elms Hotel & Spa. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check‑in/check‑out experience. Answer phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule appointments and manage spa booking software accurately. Process payments and handle transactions in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area. Provide information on spa services, promotions, and products. Liaise with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with retail sales and restocking displays as needed. Handle guest concerns or elevate them to the Spa Manager appropriately. Qualifications Preferred ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Engaging and welcoming personality. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests. Excellent communication skills. Physical capability to bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs regularly and occasional lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule that allows work on weekends and holidays.
