Experience Coordinator / Speakeasy Magick by Emursive Productions Position Overview: Speakeasy Magick is an up close and personal prestidigitation by Emursive, providing guests with an unprecedented night of magic featuring a changing roster of New York City's best magicians. Hospitality Crew will provide exceptional customer service to our guests as a face of our show—welcoming guests, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. We are seeking someone who is reliable, a true self-starter, a multi-tasker, and someone able to prioritize responsibilities professionally to join our team. Candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, possess and exhibit empathy. Key Responsibilities Organize a guest list before the show Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests check-in and coat check with the Front of House and the Host teams Sell merchandise to guests throughout the show Serve to internal special events & projects when necessary Assist serving food and beverages following company standards Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations Follow all health and safety regulations Other duties as assigned by the management Requirements Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Other Information Training and development opportunities Theatrical directions may be applied to keep the theme of the show. Having acting skill or experience is a plus but not necessary.
