6,705 S 27th St, Franklin, WI 53132-9430 Position Summary As a Store Technical Services Associate, you will support the TBC (Tire & Battery Center) by providing expert service, technical support, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; mentor new technicians. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use POS systems and selling techniques for phone and in‑person sales. Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Track equipment needs, monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, and process transactions. Maintain accurate inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, and report hazards and product issues. Ensure merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored per company policies. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues and concerns. Advocate brand values by modeling high‑quality service, inspiring others, and fostering a respectful, supportive environment. Apply company ethics and integrity policies, including the Open Door Policy and Walmart values.
