Chief Human Resources Officer

Job Title

Develop and execute the organization's people strategy in alignment with the company's mission and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the executive leadership team on human capital issues. Direct the performance management systems, including regular feedback, performance appraisals, and development plans. Conduct the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefit programs. Establish behaviors and best practices that support the organization's mission and values. Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Work across compensation on salary levels and maintain compensation strategies. Oversee EAP programs for the company and provide monthly or quarterly reporting as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Several years of experience in human resources management or a related role. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Certification as a human resources professional (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR) preferred.
