Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care. In this role, you will perform diagnostic evaluations, administer therapeutic treatments, and manage patients requiring invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your clinical skills in a dynamic acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient assessments (breath sounds, airway patency, cuff pressures)
• Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate respiratory therapy needs
• Administer therapies including oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Initiate, monitor, and manage mechanical ventilation
• Assist with artificial airway placement and ventilator-dependent patient transport
• Monitor patient response and intervene as needed
• Respond to emergency situations and support airway management during resuscitation

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recent acute care respiratory therapy experience (CRT accepted)
• NBRC credential (RRT preferred) with active state licensure
• Associate's degree from an AMA-approved respiratory care program
• Certifications required:
  
  • BLS (within 30 days)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP (within 6 months of hire)

Compensation & Benefits
