Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.20 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a healthcare location. Greet employees, patients, visitors, and vendors, manage check-in and badge processes, and help to direct foot traffic in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify access permissions, and report unusual behavior, incidents, and/or concerns to the appropriate contact in a calm, problem-solving manner. Answer phones, provide information within post guidelines, and support front desk operations by documenting incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related events. Assist with access control, delivery coordination, and after-hours entry requests while following site protocols and maintaining awareness of sensitive healthcare areas. Minimum Requirements Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
