Business AnalystThe Business Analyst I provides business, analytical, and operational support for customer service, digital member experience, and healthcare technology initiatives. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product owners, application development teams, operations teams, and external partners to identify business needs, document requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery. The successful candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, researching operational challenges, supporting customer experience initiatives, creating presentations and reports, and contributing to projects that improve member, provider, and customer service experiences. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills. The Business Analyst I works under general supervision while developing knowledge of healthcare business processes, customer service operations, digital engagement platforms, and technology solutions that support member and provider experiences. The ideal candidate is an energetic and curious professional who enjoys solving problems, analyzing information, engaging with stakeholders, and improving customer experiences. They possess strong communication and presentation skills, are comfortable working with data and technology, and have a genuine interest in healthcare, digital experiences, and helping teams deliver meaningful business outcomes. They are eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of growing into more advanced business analysis responsibilities over time.Key Responsibilities:Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.Assist in identifying root causes of business and operational issues and recommend practical solutions.Support requirements definition, business process mapping, use case development, and workflow documentation.Research and evaluate business problems and assess their relationship to existing technology solutions.Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.Create presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive summaries.Participate in project planning, requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.Support testing activities including test case review, defect validation, and business acceptance testing.Analyze customer feedback, service trends, operational metrics, and business performance data.Assist in developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, project proposals, and recommendations.Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience, digital engagement, and operational efficiency.Develop understanding of healthcare operations, member experience journeys, customer service processes, and regulatory considerations.Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:[Pay Rate]: $40 - $45 per hour W2 o Note: Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.Medical for full time employeesDental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, etc.
