Job Description Help Desk / IT Support Specialist Position Summary We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide a combination of Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. This role is primarily focused on resolving end-user issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a variety of hardware, software, and access-related requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a desire to continuously learn and grow within an IT organization. Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support for end users. Troubleshoot and resolve password, account access, and permission-related issues. Support desktops, laptops, printers, network-connected devices, and other workplace technology. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service. Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution. Assist with small-scale IT projects and operational improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure effective support delivery. Participate in ongoing training and stay current with new technologies, processes, and best practices. Provide on-site technical support across a wide range of IT needs. Required Qualifications Experience providing desktop and end-user technical support. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems. Experience supporting user accounts, permissions, and access management. Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, including leadership. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies. Preferred Attributes Well-rounded technical experience with the ability to support various IT functions. Positive attitude and confidence in handling technical issues independently. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Desire for long-term growth and advancement within an IT team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
