NS GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager is a strategic professional that partners with the Private Destinations Leadership Team to develop
and implement Destination operationsstrategies and procedures. This position is responsible for leading the Destination
Team to deliver sustained superior performance by fostering a positive work environment, prioritizing strategic goals,
allocating resources, promoting operational excellence and safety, developing Leaders and Team Members, and
championing a world-classGuest Experience. The General Manager provides guidance and strategic direction for the entire
Destination Team to deliver the long-term vision of Royal Caribbean and the Private Destinations. This role ensures
Company, Divisional, and Destination performance objectives are met or exceeded by performing the essential duties and
responsibilities personally or through subordinate Managersand Supervisors.
All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand St andards, the Royal Way
philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
