General Marketing Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a versatile Marketing Specialist who can jump between channels and clients as needs arise. One week might mean drafting social copy and building an email; the next might mean pulling together a one-pager, supporting a campaign launch or helping a client think through a promotional plan. This role is built for someone with broad marketing fundamentals and genuine range: comfortable with strategy and execution, writing and organizing and moving fluidly across clients with different needs. You won't specialize in one channel; instead, you'll be the person account leads turn to when something needs to get done well, quickly, across whatever channel it lives in. Duties & Responsibilities Support marketing execution across channels (email, social, content, digital, experiential) depending on client need Draft copy for a variety of formats: social posts, emails, one-pagers, presentations, web content Assist with campaign planning, calendars, and project coordination across multiple clients Help build client-facing materials: recaps, decks, briefs, and reporting summaries Partner with creative, email, and advertising specialists to fill execution gaps as needed Conduct light research (competitive, market, trend) to support strategy conversations Support day-to-day account needs that don't fall neatly into one channel or specialty Maintain organized project files, trackers, and documentation across accounts Flex into new tools, platforms, or channels as client needs evolve Identify opportunities to streamline recurring marketing tasks across accounts Requirements 3-5 years of general marketing experience across multiple channels Strong writing and communication skills Demonstrated ability to move between tasks, channels, and clients without losing quality Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Working knowledge of common marketing channels: email, social, content, digital advertising Experience supporting multiple clients or projects simultaneously Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly CUENTO is an equal opportunity employer.
