Key Accounts - DC Lead

We are currently seeking a highly organized, self‑motivated candidate to join our Southaven team as a DC Lead who will perform order management and inventory‑controlled tasks. Requirements Minimum three to five (3‑5) years of previous warehouse experience 1‑2 years of experience leading a team of 5‑10 DC associates Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma; an Associate's degree would be considered an asset Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with RF scan‑guns Detail oriented with a strong sense of organization Ability to safely operate a reach lift, order picker and sit‑down counterbalance Ability to safely use a pallet jack, box cutter, tape gun and other warehouse equipment Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Responsibilities Oversee, train and coordinate a crew of warehouse associates in Shipping and Key Accounts departments (mix of temporary and full‑time) Keep track of productivity of the team Operate in day‑to‑day activities: pick, pack, receive, ship, load and unload containers, process shipments whenever required to get the job done Work productively and accurately to complete assigned tasks Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards Desired Traits Highly organized individual Prior warehouse team lead experience Forklift experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Self‑starter able to work autonomously Ability to work harmoniously in a team Benefits Group Insurance Benefits: Health & Dental, Vision, Life, Critical Illness, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability Wellness Incentive Program and an Employee Assistance Program 401(k) matching program Work‑life balance: flextime, summer hours, paid vacation, personal time off Casual and fun environment with a lively social calendar Generous employee discount on all our gear Ongoing learning opportunities Safety Statement We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
