A family in Bedford Hills needs a highly organized Family Assistant/House Manager to support a busy household with two school‑aged children, three dogs, and two cats. Responsibilities Grocery shopping and errands Preparation of healthy family meals several nights per week School pickups and driving the children to after‑school activities Oversee light daily tidying and manage a cleaning service Pet care, including feeding, letting pets outside, and vet coordination Household administration: manage calendars and emails, schedule appointments, organize activities Oversee home maintenance and deliveries Qualifications Reliable driver with a clean driving record Tech‑savvy, comfortable managing digital calendars and emails Comfortable working in a multi‑pet environment Ability to work independently while maintaining a warm, positive presence with children Compensation and Schedule Salary range: $50–55 per hour plus health insurance.
