Tonya enjoys side-by-side trail riding and is a dedicated fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. She values time spent with family and making memories through shared experiences.

Mary Bishop, Sales Associate:

- Time with Aflac: 9 years - Prior Experience: Business and travel professional who owns and operates a travel agency, bringing a customer-focused approach and confident spirit to her work with Aflac. - Passionate About: Family and helping others create memorable experiences through travel. Mary enjoys building relationships and supporting others in achieving their goals.

Role Responsibilities:

- Maintain and grow existing client relationships. - Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. - Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac. - Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs. - Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. - Attend team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required. - Proven industry experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-motivated and results driven. - Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check. - Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship. - Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
