ARMY Administrative Assistant Job Description Provide Administrative Support to Staff and Boards Copying, filing, general office assistance for staff members Work with Accountant to maintain files for necessary files (insurance, vendors, etc) Field calls, voicemails and umarmy.org messages, and if needed, refer to appropriate staff Maintain accurate mailing and email lists Support fundraising campaigns as needed Mail – sort and inform necessary staff member of any activity Oversee printing of program materials, training materials, travel guides, etc. Support staff in creating monthly U.M. ARMY, Inc Board Books Work with Accountant to audit camp receipts Inventory Management Conduct inventory audits as needed Maintain organization files Manage the distribution of all mission week materials Coordinate distribution of summer Director Box materials in coordination with the Executive Director Marketing Support staff and work with vendors to order materials and ensure staff have the marketing materials they need Support staff in registering/planning for event participation This position is contracted at an average of 7 hours a week at $15/hour.
