Telephony Engineer

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud Developer to support multiple projects involving contact center development, call-flow design, integrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, IVR, call routing, APIs, and Genesys Cloud AI capabilities. Pay Range: $48 - $53/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance Genesys Cloud Architect call flows. Develop IVR, call routing, callback, queue, scheduling, and prompt configurations. Implement Genesys Cloud AI capabilities based on business requirements. Develop custom applications and integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, and Data Actions. Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM and other external systems. Support digital channels including chat and email. Troubleshoot call-flow, routing, and integration issues. Support testing, deployments, and production activities. Contribute to multiple projects and Proof of Concept initiatives. Automate and script contact center processes where applicable. Collaborate with business and technical teams and maintain basic technical documentation. Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Cloud CX. Experience developing Genesys Cloud Architect call flows. Strong understanding of IVR, call routing, queues, callbacks, and contact center operations. Experience with Genesys Cloud REST APIs, SDKs, and Data Actions. Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with CRM or external systems. Experience with scripting or automation. Knowledge of Genesys Cloud AI capabilities. Ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Experience with digital channels such as chat and email. Experience with enterprise contact center environments.
