We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our Louisville team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, account management, and service excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition process
