Moderator As a Moderator in our dynamic and fast-paced team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our online platform. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of social media etiquette to monitor and moderate user-generated content. This is a contract position based in Akron, Canada, with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content on our online platform, ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines. Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify and elevate any issues or violations to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve community guidelines and moderation processes. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to online moderation. Requirements Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of social media etiquette and online community dynamics. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with various social media platforms. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if needed.
