Accounting & Admin Role
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for an Accounting & Admin role on a first-come basis currently in the Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement. Compensation/Shift/Benefits for an Accounting & Admin Role:
- Hourly wage: $23/hr depending on experience
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of an Accounting & Admin Role - We are looking for someone with a few years of experience with high volume Accounting Clerk experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with invoicing customers, reconciling credit card batches, recording customer payments, collection efforts (reaching out to customers for past due invoices). Previous experience reconciling bank accounts would be a plus as well, but not a requirement.
- Meet and Greet required
- Require a high level of organization as we receive hundreds of invoices per week from vendors.
- Resume required
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
Come to 4801 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH between 8 am 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Walk-ins welcome!
