About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to provide strategic and operational leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function across multiple business entities, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities, and ensuring strong financial performance and coordination. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance high-level planning with detailed financial oversight, and who is adept at managing intercompany accounting activities. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in strengthening FP&A capabilities and must be comfortable with a fast-paced setting where priorities may shift. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, month-end close activities, and financial reporting requirements is essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to work effectively in a decentralized organization, manage cash flow forecasting, and use financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex or high-growth business environment, be adept at partnering with executive stakeholders, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
