Surface Experts Technician

Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Duties:

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you! Color-matching skills are essential, as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate!

We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
