In this role, you will work in a third-party collections environment, partnering with customers to resolve past-due accounts through respectful, compliant, and solution-focused conversations.As a third-party agency, we represent a variety of clients, giving you exposure to different account types and helping you build valuable collections and negotiation skills.With over 20 years of success in the Buffalo area, CMS offers the stability, support, and earning potential collectors are looking for.
