Commercial Customer Service Representative

Supporting the commercial HVAC operations team, the full-time Commercial Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, and dispatch work orders while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests while ensuring timely resolution of issues Create and dispatch work orders, coordinating technician schedules and service appointments Maintain accurate customer account records and assist with operational reporting and documentation Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum one year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
