Owning day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns, the contract Paid Social Specialist will work remotely to manage LinkedIn and Meta campaigns while focusing on performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Key responsibilities Build, optimize, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns and manage account-based and audience-level targeting Oversee EMEA LinkedIn campaigns and maintain separate regional retargeting pools Execute brand awareness campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, measuring performance through reach and brand lift signals Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager for B2B enterprise programs Fluency in full-funnel LinkedIn structure and audience targeting methodologies Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting Experience with CRM-sourced pipeline metrics and familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau Proven ability to run multi-region programs with separate performance measurement
