Regional Practice Manager

To enhance patient care coordination, the remote Regional Practice Manager will oversee the Patient Care Coordination team, ensuring high-quality patient support, efficient workflows, and achievement of key performance indicators while collaborating closely with clinical providers. Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Patient Care Coordination team, including performance oversight and accountability Evaluate and improve PCC workflows, implementing process changes and maintaining documentation for the team Support clinical functions by coordinating patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up to facilitate successful visits Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in virtual healthcare operations, patient care coordination, or practice management Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred; active MA Certification is a plus Proven track record of managing KPIs and driving team performance improvements Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient support processes Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally
