In addition to walk-in coolers and freezers, we are a leading supplier of modular insulated panels and refrigeration products for large warehouses, pharmaceutical applications, universities, government, and military applications. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans that accurately represent designs and specifications for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and relevant software applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects. Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) to create and modify design documents. Interpret and translate concepts into technical drawings, including schematics, diagrams, layouts, and models. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes during the drafting process. Revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders and project requirements. Maintain organized records of drawings and documents for project tracking and future reference. Stay updated on the latest drafting technologies and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent in Drafting, Design Technology, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as a draftsman or drafter. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Civil 3D). Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, building codes, and industry regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software is a plus.
