Production Technician

Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Technician.


Production Technician Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate : $20.00/hr
Location : Lowellville, OH
Production Technician Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  
• Forklift experience preferred.
  
• Ability to safely use hand and pneumatic tools.
  
• Basic welding experience preferred.
  
• Ability to read and follow basic product drawings and work instructions.
  
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and at heights.
  
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  

• Support daily production operations.
  
• Mix and prepare materials for production.
  
• Form, finish, inspect, and package finished products.
  
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  
• Use pneumatic tools and other production equipment.
  
• Perform basic welding and equipment maintenance tasks as needed.
  
• Safely move and position materials and finished products.
  
• Assist with operating cranes and other equipment as assigned.
  
• Participate in safety and production meetings.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  
• Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements.
  
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.
