You will be working on cutting-edge projects, developing next-generation materials, and integrating advanced signature control techniques into our defense systems.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Radar Cross Section (RCS) design, analysis, and testWorking in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system level performance.Proposal Writing and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.Presenting results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers.Required QualificationsTo qualify for this position, you must have:A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.Experience performing RCS measurement/testing, prediction, and/or design.Secret Security Clearance.Preferred QualificationsWe also prefer candidates with:Experience with high temperature RCS reduction techniques.Experience with Infrared signature analysis and reduction techniques.Experience in Laser Cross Section reduction techniques.Experience using industry standard computational electromagnetic (CEM) codes such as SENTRi & XPATCH.Advanced Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).Top Secret Security Clearance.What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
