Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We identify and reduce delivery risks and issues across the portfolio, escalating promptly when necessary.
• We use cutting-edge Gen AI to shape guidance and strategies for operational workflows and LLM adoption.
• We lead incident response and root-cause analysis, then drive corrective and preventive actions to improve stability.
• We lead UX design for customer-facing applications and guide the transition to next-generation customer experiences.
• We provide leadership input on budget, technical approach, and trade-offs to improve efficiency and functionality.
