What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality inpatient medical care to hospital patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
- Respond to emergency situations requiring critical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
What You Need
- Medical license in Illinois
- Prior hospitalist experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
