Job Title: Contractor - Human Resources

Location(s): Hybrid in Vienna, VA

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide support in employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
