What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality neonatal care for a diverse patient population in a Level IIIB NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit training programs
• Support family-centered care efforts, including NICU Family Support programs
• Lead and contribute to staff education and mentorship activities
• Utilize advanced ventilator support and neonatal technology tools

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
• Valid Missouri state license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, family-centered care

About the Assignment:
This position is based at Saint Luke s Hospital, a regional perinatal referral center with a strong commitment to neonatal excellence. The facility features large individual suites for families, advanced NICU technology, and a collaborative environment focused on patient safety and family support. The NICU team actively engages in quality initiatives, mentorship, and professional development, including a dedicated new grad program to support career transitions.
