Location: HYBRID: 3 days onsite - Wednesday is an anchor day Full Address: 1166 Avenue of the Americas Max Pay: $75.34 Bill rate: $110 Contract Length: 6 months - opportunity to extend based on candidate performance Interview Process: o First round in person with Veronica Mei o 2nd round zoom/phone with Bernadette Team: most team sits within US & India What they will be doing/ working on: Plan and manage IT projects from start to finish Make sure everything is done on time, within budget, and works correctly Coordinate people and tasks (like a team leader) Communicate updates and solve problems along the way Must Have Skills: 5 10 years of Project Management experience Full project management lifecycle Global experience (LATAM, EMEA, NA) Waterfall and/or Agile experience Expertise in using Project Planning Management tool Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders of all levels Bachelor's degree required Preferred: PMP nice to have but not required Financial Systems background preferred (Oracle EBS or SAP) Job Description: IT project managers work across the enterprise to ensure that IT projects of all sizes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. The candidate must be familiar with Planview tool and have knowledgeable in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies. Key responsibilities: 1. Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resources required to complete the project successfully. 2. Project Execution: Manage the project team and ensure that all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget. 4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, core team members, extended project team to ensure that project goals are met. 5. Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members. 6. Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are used effectively and efficiently. 7. Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and that project processes are followed consistently. 8. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that they are properly documented and approved. 9. Project Closure: Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that the project is closed out
