Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried opportunity as a Senior Paid Media Manager, responsible for leading full-funnel paid media strategies across various channels, optimizing media investments, and collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic business partner, providing recommendations on media investment strategy and optimization approaches Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across multiple channels, including Search, Social, and Video Monitor campaign performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve return on investment Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing Demonstrated hands-on experience across major media channels such as Paid Search and Programmatic Display Proven experience leading complex programs and influencing stakeholders without direct authority Hands-on experience with digital media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
