What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience; staffing or HR solutions experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of employment laws, rules, and regulations
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute client-specific recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and client requirements
- Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and career coaching
- Administer job postings and conduct structured/behavioral interviews
- Maintain records of market trends, competitors, and candidate pipelines
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and processes
Associate Care & Client Engagement
- Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met
- Coach associates on skill enhancement and career development
- Build long-term relationships with associates and clients
- Address associate and client inquiries or grievances professionally
- Redeploy temporary associates and drive retention strategies
- Participate in special projects and act as a team lead when needed
