Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Position Details Knowledgeable of all operative procedures and surgical equipment. Demonstrates the ability to set up and operate instruments, sutures, and equipment used in operative procedures. Efficiently and effectively aids the surgeon. Demonstrates knowledge of basic anatomy by anticipating and providing for the surgeon's needs during the case. Demonstrates the ability to integrate into sterile processing duties. What You Offer Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program. Must possess an active certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or be eligible for certification.
