People Operations AssociateWe are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our People & Impact Operations team to support and facilitate our day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities for the People Operations Associate will include providing support throughout the employee life cycle, including, but not limited to, onboarding, employee inquiries, offboarding and a variety of HR initiatives.The ideal candidate for this role should have prior work experience in Human Resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and to be able to carry out tactical day-to-day People Operations responsibilities to ensure a positive employee experience.Primary Responsibilities Will Include:Provide administrative support for the new hire onboarding and offboarding processesFacilitate onboarding of new hires in HRIS systemSchedule, coordinate and lead new hire orientationGenerate offboarding paperwork and maintain offboarding trackerMaintain employee filesManage, track, and report upon HR program requestsAssist HRBPs with introductory period tracking and follow-upsConduct exit interviewsHandle invoicing and quarterly reportsRespond to employee requests and inquiries received in the HR inboxesPick up, scan, distribute and file HR related mailParticipate in People Ops projects as requestedJob Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required; Business or Human Resources degree preferred2+ years prior experience in a similar roleMeticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProactive natureExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityKnowledge of federal and state employment lawsStrong PC Skills/Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; Knowledge of UKG a plus; Experience with Monday.com a plusThe salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
