Pay & Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits – including vision & dental Paid travel time (if applicable) & mileage reimbursement Employee recognition and rewards Positive, respectful work environment What You’ll Do Provide overnight supervision and companionship Communicate with client in Cantonese for comfort and clarity ️ Assist with nighttime routines and safety monitoring Provide medication reminders as needed Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, calm environment Assist with mobility and personal care if needed What You’ll Need

• ️ Ability to speak Cantonese fluently (required)
• ️ At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
• ️ Compassionate, patient, and attentive nature
• ️ Ability to stay awake and alert during overnight shifts
• ️ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• ️ Ability to pass a background check
• ️ CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, can obtain after hire)
• ️ 2-step TB test (preferred, can obtain after hire)
