Human Resources Generalist

Securitas Security Services offers a Human Resources Generalist role based in the Fargo, ND branch office with a benefits package designed to support your health, time, and family. The position includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and Disability insurance with 401K options , paid time off, paid holidays, telemedicine (virtual medical care), and an Employee Assistance Program. This is an onsite opportunity (100% in the branch office) working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm , at a rate of $20.00 per hour . You will assist the HR team with recruitment and employee-related matters, helping keep HR processes running smoothly for the branch. Responsibilities Assist the HR team with a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on recruitment Support employee relations Assist with investigations Provide support for terminations Assist with leave of absences Support workers comp processes Help with compliance tasks Handle other miscellaneous HR duties as they arise Requirements Must be 18 years of age Must have reliable means of communication and transportation Must have the legal right to work in the USA Must be able to read, speak, and write English Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
