Assistant Restaurant Manager
SSP
SSP is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations at a Panda Express location serving teams on mission-critical telecom projects. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee shift execution, staff scheduling, and guest service while upholding SSP’s safety-first, professional culture. You will train and coach team members on food safety, quality standards, and customer service, monitor inventory and cash handling, and help control food and labor costs. Working closely with SSP field teams, you’ll ensure reliable, efficient service for employees, clients, and visitors in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop leadership and operations skills.
