Salary: $23.00 /hourly 

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree Preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years related experience, experience in finance preferred.
• Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge and skills in the use of computers 

Responsibilities:   

As an EVV Finance Coordinator, you will:

• Responsible for the Electronic Visit Verification process.
• Review Conflict of Hours reports and investigate incidents with other vendors.
• Be responsible for timely and accurate claims processing, account reconciliation and related reporting functions.
• Prepare all information needed for payroll preparation.
• Reconcile payroll reports against time sheets and verification reports.
• Prepare payroll adjustments for caregivers.
• Train, advice, and counsel Care Partners on the Agency’s telephony.
• Prepare reports and conduct special projects as needed.
• Participate in all audit activities.
