Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, on call as needed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Ensure compliance with departmental and facility policies and standards of nursing practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Document and maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting system
Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Qualifications
Current Alaska RN license in good standing
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
COVID-19 vaccination required
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
BSN preferred
EPIC charting experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in nursing process and primary nursing
Skilled in using PCs, clinical databases, and applicable software
Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
