Duly Health and Care **in Hinsdale** is seeking a **APP** who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. **Opportunity Highlights** • Practice at the top of your license, forming trusted relationships and collaborating with leading physicians • Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across **Infusion** and more than 1,600 Duly providers • Competitive salary, financial bonuses, CME funds, and 401K match • Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilities **Compensation & Benefits** The anticipated base compensation range for this position is **100k-140k**, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
