Behavioral Health Technician / Mental Health Support Specialist (Per Diem)
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina Up to $21/hr | Flexible Scheduling | Day & Night Shifts Available We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable professionals for a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) facility providing 24/7 support services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges. This is a per diem opportunity offering excellent flexibility for candidates seeking supplemental income or adaptable scheduling.
Available Shifts
- 8:00 AM –8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM –8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and supervision to consumers
- Assist with and model daily living skills
- Monitor and document consumer behaviors, symptoms, and concerns
- Communicate observations to clinical team members
- Participate in shift reports and team collaboration
- Provide transportation as needed
- Support a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
