About the Role We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Engineering organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to engineering leaders, helping shape organization design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives that enable business success. You will bring a strong business mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to translate people priorities into practical actions that strengthen team performance, engagement, and scalability. This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by building the people foundations that help technical organizations grow and evolve. This is a hybrid role based in Northridge, California, with an onsite expectation of 3 days per week. What You’ll Do: Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leaders across R&D including Engineering, Product and Portfolio Management to drive HR initiatives that matter. Lead Change: Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards. Empower Leaders: Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact. Champion Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change. Leverage Data: Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress. Roll Up Your Sleeves: Embrace hands-on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks as we navigate this pivotal phase in our journey. PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00 - $230,000.00 For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $150,000 - $256,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
