Job Summary: The Long-Term Paraprofessional provides instructional, behavior, and supervisory support to students under the direction of a certified teacher during a leave of absence. This role ensures continuity of support with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. The Long-Term Paraprofessional helps maintain a structured, positive and inclusive learning environment while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote student success through the duration of the assignment.
