Job Description Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, energetic environment. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fallout, audits, and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieving stated objectives and meeting current ISO standards. Responsibilities Typically manages a single department and/or shift Proven experience reviewing KPIs to review processes, improve efficiencies and quality Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001 Manages the ongoing ISO compliant and cost‑effective manufacture of specific products or sub‑products Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply Plans and administers procedures; develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors Manages through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and staffing Qualifications Strong leadership skills to set goals and be able to hold teams accountable Demonstrate coaching and motivation skills Capable to work on a fast‑paced organization Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and adapt to changes Demonstrate lean manufacturing experience Work well in a team environment and have good communication skills In‑depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales Solid working knowledge of regulations (ISO, OSHA, employee relations, etc.) Advanced working knowledge of manufacturing systems and solid understanding of manufacturing costs and influences Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent EEO Statement @HYVE Solutions , we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
