Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Sterris AER.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: General Hours: 7am-5:30pm (may vary based on patient schedule). On Thursdays start at 8:30am. Call required: Monday-Friday call is from 5:30pm-7am. Saturday/Sunday is 7am-7pm. Clinicians can only take weekend call if they are ERCP Certified. Call frequency is 2-3 times per month. Very rare for clinicians to get called into during weekday overnight call. If clinician is not therapeutics trained, will not take call. Closed on weekends and holidays - on call only.

Floating Requirements: May float to Swedish Ballard Campus.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
