This contract role requires two enthusiastic OTs ready to make a difference across multiple campuses in the dynamic San Juan Capistrano area. With assignments primarily in the San Clemente and Mission Viejo regions, you will work with diverse age groups spanning PreK through 22 years old, providing hands-on, impactful support. Both full-time (5 days a week) and part-time applicants are welcomed, giving you the flexibility to tailor this role to your lifestyle.

What we’re seeking:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active California OT license
• Previous school-based experience; ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
• Confident working itinerantly across campuses
• Comfortable with a broad age range and wide-ranging caseloads
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ready to work on-site – teletherapy not offered
• Self-starter attitude, eager to contribute from day one
• Strictly licensed OTs – no COTAs for this position

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students ages PreK-22, helping them access their curriculum and achieve personal goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop individualized plans
• Travel across assigned schools, assisting populations in the San Clemente and Mission Viejo areas
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state requirements
• Adapt quickly to changes, including shifts in caseload or assignment based on board meetings and district updates
